Term and Conditions

1 – Access conditions
The www.convivio.eu website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") is managed by Convivio srl unipersonale (a single-member, limited liability ) based in Viale de la Comina 27/D I-33170, Pordenone, Italy (hereinafter referred to as "Convivio").
By accessing and visiting the Site the user implicitly accepts these terms and conditions of use.Convivio is entitled to make changes and corrections to the Site at its own discretion and without prior notice. Convivio is also entitled to alter the contents of its Site's terms and conditions of use at any time; consequently, the user is aware that the use of this Site is governed by the terms and conditions in force at any given moment in time.


2 -Limitations of liability
The information on the Site is as updated, accurate and complete as possible but Convivio cannot guarantee the extent of such updating, completeness or accuracy. Convivio is not liable for any direct or indirect damages directly or indirectly caused by accessing or using the Site or by the inability or impossibility of accessing the Site or by any omissions, inaccuracies, technical defects or errors of any other type present in the contents of the Site.
Convivio also declines any responsibility regarding any contents or omissions, inaccuracies, technical details or errors contained in the websites of third parties that the user accesses from links on the Site. Therefore, Convivio is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused directly or indirectly by accessing or using such sites or by the inability or impossibility of accessing such sites.

3 - Products
The products shown on our Site are only examples of those possible. Not all the Convivio products shown on our Site are made available by our dealers.The shape, sizes and colours of the products shown in our Site can be changed without prior notice.
The basic characteristics of Convivio products are illustrated on our Site. Product images and colours reproduce the real characteristics of our products as faithfully as possible. Nevertheless, even for technical reasons, these images may not reflect reality to perfection. It is up to the user to check the colours and quality of Convivio products directly with our dealers.

4 – Intellectual property rights and trademarks
As a whole, the Site and all the material contained in it is protected by copyright laws and by others covering intellectual property rights.
Content published or present on the Site – including, by way of example but not limited to: brands, logos, images, communications and documents produced therein as a whole, as well as the application software and the codes used to implement the Site - are the exclusive property of Convivio, or are used with the authorisation or licence of the relative owner.
Convivio owns all the rights to use this content, including reproduction rights: the user is entitled to make use of such content only if it is strictly necessary for the correction utilisation of the Site. Any other use is prohibited.
The creation of links specifically designed to send the user to a page inside the Site by bypassing the home page (so-called "deep linking") is not allowed.
So-called "framing" links are also prohibited. These make it possible for a page from the Site (or part of a page) to appear inside a specific page belonging to a third party so that the content of that page doesn't appear on a different browser window but will be inside a frame specifically-created to this aim.

5 - Links
The hypertext links present on the Site may direct the user to web pages on other websites, different from the present one, that are believed to be of interest to the user.
The user takes stock and acknowledges that Convivio has no control of the content of such websites and that, as a mere third party, has no responsibility for the content and/or the material, even of an advertising nature, disclosed on such sites or for products or services offered therein.

6 – Using the Site and Indemnification
By using the Site the user makes every effort to avoid actions that may damage the site itself or mechanisms, software or procedures that may interfere with its correct operation. The user also undertakes to compensate Convivio for any damage caused to the Site and to indemnify the against damages for any demand, including those regarding the refund of legal expenses, made by third parties for the use - by the user himself - of the Site, or for violation by the aforementioned user, of the rights of third parties, of these conditions or of the laws in force.

7 – Governing Law
These terms and conditions of use are governed by the Italian law.

8 – Processing of personal data
For as much as regards the processing of the personal of users, please refer to the privacy policy

9 – Acceptance expressed in compliance with articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code
In accordance with and pursuant to articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, the user expressly declares having read, understood and accepted the preceding instructions regarding Limitations of Liability, Use of the Site and Indemnification, and Governing Law.
